Tell us about a time you had to lead a major technical change at scale while navigating conflicting priorities across engineering, product, and business stakeholders—what was your approach, how did you measure success, and what would you do differently now?

Netflix operates globally with complex personalization and performance constraints—walk us through a concrete technical design you’ve done (or would do) for a low-latency recommendation or content-ranking system, including data flow, serving strategy, experimentation, and how you would control cost.
