How do session limits work?
The Free Plan includes one Mock Interview session of up to 15 minutes. Live Assistant and Mock Interview limits for paid plans depend on the selected pack, and paid Mock Interview sessions can run for up to 60 minutes.
What is InterviewBee's refund policy?
InterviewBee generally does not provide refunds unless explicitly stated or required by law. Refund requests may be considered only where you provide sufficient evidence that the product materially failed to work during an active live interview or mock interview session due to an issue attributable to InterviewBee. Refunds are not available for unused sessions, missed cancellations, dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs, user device or network issues, third-party interview platform issues, or charges already processed, except where required by applicable law.
