Welcome to InterviewBee AI ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered software and services, including our website, application programming interfaces (APIs), and related technology (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have the express permission of a legal guardian to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
We reserve the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, in accordance with Section 11.
Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription.
Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You are responsible for all recurring charges until cancellation.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices or introduce new fees with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes your acceptance of the new prices.
We do not provide refunds unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for cancelling subscriptions before renewal. Charges already processed cannot be reversed except where required by law.

We reserve the right to monitor use of the Service to verify compliance with these Terms. We may immediately suspend or terminate your account if we believe, at our sole discretion, that you have violated this Acceptable Use policy or any other part of these Terms.
Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
You retain ownership of all Content you upload or otherwise provide through the Service. By uploading Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, distribute, and process your Content for the following limited purposes:
You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated outputs and agree not to rely on them for legal, medical, financial, employment, or other professional decisions.
You receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the Generated Content for your personal or internal business purposes. We retain ownership of the underlying AI Models and algorithms used to produce the Generated Content.
If you use our interview features, you understand and agree that your audio, video, and screen recordings (and transcripts) may be collected, stored, processed, and analyzed for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You remain the owner of such recordings, subject to the license you grant us under Section 6.2.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your Content. However, no method of transmission or storage is entirely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or stored by the Service. This includes encrypting interview recordings and transcripts in transit and at rest.
We may maintain backup copies of your data for a limited period and for disaster recovery purposes. We do not guarantee the availability or restoration of your data once you or we terminate your account, unless stated otherwise in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Data obtained through third-party integrations (including Google APIs) is not used to train or improve generalized AI or ML models and is used only to provide the features you authorize.
All right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including our software, algorithms, and AI Models, are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal purposes.
If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, we may use such feedback without obligation or compensation to you.
Unless explicitly stated in an SLA, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service. Downtime may occur for scheduled maintenance or due to unforeseen technical issues.
Your sole remedy for downtime or Service interruptions is to discontinue use of the Service. If an SLA is provided, any additional remedies will be specified therein.
The Service (including any AI-generated outputs) is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or AI-generated information provided through the Service. You are responsible for evaluating the risks associated with the use of any AI-generated outputs. AI-generated feedback is advisory only and does not constitute automated decision-making that has legal or significant effects on users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in subscription fees in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Service or by contacting us. No refunds will be provided. Upon account termination, you may request deletion of your interview recordings and Content. Deletions will be completed within a reasonable period, subject to legal or backup-retention requirements.
We may terminate or suspend your account (or any part of the Service) immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in London, United Kingdom, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
At our sole discretion, we may require you to submit any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service to binding arbitration in London, United Kingdom, under the rules of a recognized arbitration body located in the United Kingdom. If arbitration is chosen, each party will bear its own legal fees unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator, and arbitration shall proceed on an individual basis.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
We will provide notice of material changes (e.g., via email or by posting an update on our website). Continued use of the Service after such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, along with any referenced policies (including our Privacy Policy and any applicable SLA), constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
